About Dennis Baswell
My photo style is that of Improviser represented by the Magpie for their spontaneity, intuition and fun loving personality. I am more interested in having a good time during a shoot than carefully preparing for it. I regularly experiment with unusual compositions, trying to capture intuitive and defining moments.I also have a willingness to manipulate my images, a unique Improviser trait. So innocent and sweet! These white-tailed deer are experts in avoiding danger by staying completely still and letting danger pass! Often, hunters pass right by them and don't know it! They are expert listeners, too, as they stop in their tracks and use their ears to gauge sound coming from all directions! They are truly amazing! Thanks for sharing this lovely shot, Dennis!
